Georgian Farmhouse

The Farmhouse offers two floors of accommodation ranging from capacious double bedrooms to shared suites

Mill Pond Cottage

This self-contained cottage is often used by company directors and facilitators to prepare themselves before meetings and at respite times.

It features Open-plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen with wood-burning stove and TV.  A mezzanine/balcony level accommodates a twin or double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Pool House

This bungalow has an open-plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen with wood-burning stove and TV. It features a twin or double room with en-suite bathroom, and a twin with en-suite wet room. French windows lead onto the terrace with an open-air swimming pool (June to September) and views onto the orchard and the South Downs.

Cider House

This light and airy cottage features an open-plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. French windows lead onto a sunken garden with a garden table and chairs.

On the first floor, there is a twin or double room with en-suite shower room, another twin and a shared bathroom. This cottage has lovely views onto meadows, woods and Duncton Down.
