Last Minute Self-Catered Holiday Lets
The Mill is situated at the foot of the South Downs in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.
This hamlet is in a private road, quiet and peaceful and is ideal for walking over the Downs where the South Downs Way is but a short distance, or the other way further into the wooded valleys of West Sussex.
There is an outdoor heated swimming pool (open end of May to end of September). Local attractions include, Petworth House and Park(NT), Chichester (9 miles), Goodwood race courses, Singleton Open Air Museum, adjacent Fishing Lakes(day tickets available at certain times), Bignor Roman Villa, Fishers Farm Park and further afield more still.

Conditions:
Arrival time not before 12pm on the first day. Leaving time 10am at the latest on the last day. Guests are asked leave the property as they find it. All holiday let payments are due in full on booking. The Studio is only let with another house and not on its own.
Please note that we cannot accept single night bookings. These lettings are only available for the dates shown for the duration specified, sometimes longer stays may be arranged if there is availability.
